Calorie burning foods

Certain foods encourage your body to burn calories which is great for weight loss. This is because some foods are harder to digest than others so, as a result, you burn calories, and therefore you have fewer left over to store as fat, aiding weight loss. Foods such as turkey, chicken and fish are the most effective for calorie burn, then complex high fibre carbs such as whole grain bread, rice and oats are also very good to burn calories.


It is also recommended that if your goal is weight loss you should burn calories through exercise, building muscle and activating the right hormones in your body to lose as much weight as possible.
