Many people drink caffeine every day as a means of extra energy for their over demanding lifestyles. Many people always say they need to give up caffeine and detox, many people think it is good for them and have no intention of giving it up, let alone detoxing as well! What is the truth?
People who regularly take in 400mg or more of caffeine have shown to have lower concentration and significantly higher levels of stress hormones than people who do not. So do you need to detox? If you feel you have drank caffeine every day for too long then my opinion to stop for a few weeks and detox. Then after your detox you can resume drinking caffeine, but at a more sensible level.
