Eating slowly and only putting small amounts of food in your mouth at a time can help lose weight. When you are eating, your body releases a chemical called leptin which tells you your getting full. Eating fast is bad if you want to lose weight because less is produced so you will become hungry soon after, so by eating slowly you have more chance of becoming full up and you will make it easier for yourself to lose weight.
