Time for a detox!

Every day we have a bath, clean our teeth and wash our hair, yet we completely ignore the constant bashing our insides are receiving on a daily basis from toxins, chemicals and pollution. We have become so concerned with what we look like on the outside, yet we forget about the impact our insides have on our outside appearance. By cleansing our body from toxin build up and accumulated waste we can free ourselves from conditions like bloating, gas, weight gain, acne, mood swings etc..

We have a small level of resistance to toxins where the body can fight off harmful toxins. However, we lead sedentary lifestyles, we have poor diets consuming too much alcohol, saturated fats, cholesterol, refined foods and we take little exercise, but then somehow complain that we cannot lose weight! Our bodies are so clogged with rubbish its no wonder were bloated and overweight!


More serious health problems such as intestinal ulcers can also occur if we don't detoxify our bodies, not to mention every day colds, viruses and general tiredness. After detoxification your immune system will feel much healthier, and you will lose weight in the process.

It's important to eat natural, organic food (which tastes better anyway) wherever possible. This in turn, will help to eliminate chemicals such as GMO's, pesticides, preservatives, stabilizers, artificial colours, flavorings, and promote fiber intake to aid weight loss and detoxification.
