Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed simply send us an email, including all relevant details asking us to cancel your order. However if your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order. You may however return the item unopened for a refund.

We are very proud of the quality of our products; we will always try to ensure that you are completely satisfied. HowtoGetSlim Ltd guarantees that every product we sell will always be of the best possible quality. Occasionally however, you may wish to return items. We are setting out in what follows our returns policy.

To return an item
To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package un-opened and with any security seal still intact to the address below. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address set out below……
Please note that all items must be returned within 10 days from the day after delivery.
We will then issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation. You will be liable for any of the shipping and postage costs if the item is returned or exchanged unless it was received damaged. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
